2 rooms available for rent in Parkholme in ASCOT PARK, South Australia for sale

I have 2 single rooms available. This is a newly built modern 4 bedroom house plus a study with 1 bathroom, kitchen, large living room and small backyard. The house is furnished.
A dog (friendly labrador) also occupies the property.
Both rooms have built in robes and a single bed is provided. Currently 3 professional (asian) women live in the house.
The property is close to Flinders University, Beach and city. Supermarket is just a short distance away.
We are ideally looking for 2 professionals or students to come and live with us. A regular time table is preferred and must be quite due to one of the occupants being a shift worker. Quite, tidy, non smokers, clean and able to get along with a dog please apply.
Bills will be split in 1/4 or 1/5 depending on occupancy of the house. A bond of 4 weeks rent will need to paid.
